Health Education instructor for 31 years in the Osseo-Fairchild school system and the Fall Creek school district with the last 19 years in the Eau Claire school system. All in Wisconsin.

Author of a book titled, "Raising Pre-teens? ..Don't Freak.....Tweak and Empower them for Life"

Teaches graduate level courses to teachers and administrators through IGS (Institute of Graduate Studies). Credits awarded are through North Dakota University

Former adjunct faculty member with the University of Alaska-Anchorage, UW-La Crosse and UW-Eau Claire, University of St. Thomas in MN. and Silver Lake out of Manitowoc, WI. Has experience as a  leadership training specialist for Hazelden - a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center in Center City, Minnesota

Owner of his own business: Balanced Wellness Services-Publicly speaks/presents and provides presentations/classes/trainings on over 80 different health related topics.

Married with 2 children and proud to be a grandpa----twice!
